Add fixed arrangements to the daily itinerary, then choose activities around them. Notes belong to individual itinerary entries, so a meeting point or agreement stays with the relevant activity. Start with your arrival, accommodation and anything already booked. Leave gaps for breaks and spontaneous ideas. When plans change, update the entry in Packbay. You can keep a useful overview without filling every hour of the holiday or asking everyone to follow a rigid schedule.

Turn conversations into practical tasks
The shared checklist shows what still needs doing before you leave. Add clear, individual tasks: check the tickets, pack a charger or agree on an arrival time. Members of your household can edit and tick off shared items. If you agree that someone will handle a task, put their name in the item text. This is particularly useful for things the group only needs once, and it makes completed preparations easy to recognise when you return to the list.
Keep your plans and costs in view
Travelling together also means agreeing on expenses. In the budget, record costs for the trip, who paid and who took part. This helps you consider daily plans alongside the amount you want to spend.
